A steady climb on a forest track (also perfect for mountain bikers) leads from Leutasch to the Wetterstein Hut, where a gorgeous panorama of the surrounding mountain world (Zillertaler, Stubaier, Kalkkögel, Serles) and the Leutasch valley below can be enjoyed in both summer and winter.
A hearty menu and refreshing or warming drinks are on hand for your arrival.
The Wetterstein Hut is also an ideal departure point for many rock- and
mountainclimbing routes.
